Summer has come upon us, the season bringing with it the end of a school year, vacation time, and a transition to more leisurely sporting and outdoors activities for most. If you are fortunate enough to afford to take some time away, you might look forward to special moments with family and friends exploring the roads less traveled. You might also look to take some personal time to contemplate the road you’re on, where you want to go, and how you’re going to get there. Many of us look forward to summer reading for this reason in particular, to take us someplace new. In this next series, let’s take a look at some leadership approaches to taking the road less traveled.

In a recent article/infographic published by Ragen titled Employees are more trustworthy than CEOs, they discussed how many employees would trust each other more than the CEO of their company. What is the one thing you should do? 

LinkedIn recently published an article titled The 1 Thing a Business Leader Must Do to Succeed. In it they asked 10 successful business leaders from the young entrepreneur council what they felt was the single most important factor in succeeding as a business. The answers ranged from “Have a great Mindset” to “Hire the Right People.”

A Five Step Process for Accountability Creation
